Faceshield Assembly
STEP 1
After measuring strap for a comfortable length, line up the pegs about 1/4”-1/2” from the end and draw two lines.
STEP 3
Insert visor pegs through the cut lines you just made. Push the strap all the way to the visor, fully exposing the pegs. The fit should be snug.
STEP 2
Create the slits using an Xacto or scissors. These cut lines should be slightly shorter than the pegs.
STEP 4
Push pegs through the hole punched acetate. The visor can be cleaned/disinfected and can be replaced using clear transparency (cover) sheets.
